Tim has been one of the more prolific developers having built nearly 6,500 apartments in Denver and over 10,500 nationally with a market cap of nearly $2 billion. He Developed over 10,000 apt units in Denver of the past 30 years with Morgan Group, JPI and Wood Partners prior to retiring from Wood on May 1 2019 and joking KCM Jin 1 2019. Tim has spoken at Economic Conferences and served in leadership roles in over 25 years as a member of AAMD.
