Payment is due prior to class for non-members - Payment is due within 30 days after registration is submitted - No refunds will be granted on cancellations received less than 8 business days prior to class date or for no-shows - Cancellations will be considered up to 7 business days prior to the class date and company will be charged a 20% cancellation fee - All cancellations must be received in writing and include both the date and signature of a representative from the company - Management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation requests - Volume Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional discount offers.
