Prior to founding his company, The Relationship Difference in 2011, Rommel (Roe-mell) had a successful career in the multifamily housing industry. He worked at all levels of the industry from on-site to corporate and developed a reputation for solving common industry challenges in uncommon ways.

When not speaking around the country he loves spending time with his family in Southern California, is a pastor at his church, volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol, and loves wearing cowboy boots, and watching sports and Hallmark movies.
