We are pleased to announce that Cary Bruteig from Apartment Insights is now leading the research and authoring the Metro Denver Vacancy and Rent Report. Apartment Insights has been collecting data for nearly 20 years.
- The pool of data is over 240,000 units in Metro Denver! (up from 89,000 units from the previous report).
- To provide a good baseline on the market, the past 9 quarters have been recalculated utilizing the Apartment Insights data. The numbers are slightly different but the trends remain the same.
- The report has been redesigned with new graphs on the same page as the data, and has been overall consolidated to be more consumable.
- The markets covered are by county, as was the previous reports.
