About IROC Denver
The Independent Rental Owners Council (IROC) of Denver is a group of AAMD property management members who own or manage fewer than 250 units.
IROC's monthly meetings offer valuable information about the Multifamily Housing Industry relating to property management, legal issues, industry trends and other timely topics to assist Independent Rental Owners.
Monthly Forums:
Members have access to valuable education relating to property management, legal issues, industry trends and other timely topics to assist independent owners.
The IROC monthly forums are held from January - October. Please see this link for upcoming meetings.
Legal Seminars
Members are invited to attend quarterly webinars to visit with property management lawyers. Topics focus on the current industry climate, but attendees are encouraged to ask questions and get advice at no additional charge.

Residential Lease Form Center
The Residential Lease Form Center is available for CAA members with fewer than 50 units. It contains a standard Colorado Residential Lease as well as 30-Day and 10-Day Demand for Rent forms.
To utilize these forms, you must be a Member in good standing with 50 or fewer units, and agree to terms of use by "purchasing" a free subscription here (no credit card necessary). Once completed you'll be able to access the Form Center.
