As attracting and retaining new talent continues to be a challenge, M.I.N.D is an opportunity to engage the new talent to the industry by providing them a personal relationship with a proven industry leader who will give them the tools and confidence they need to reach their goals in an inclusive environment.
The mission of M.I.N.D. is to utilize cross company mentoring to offer the new talent in the apartment industry an opportunity to build confidence, develop skills, and learn the industry from experts with a track record of success.
