Ishea Shepherd is the embodiment of what happens when one marries a decade of operations knowledge with the magic of joyful leadership. With the finesse to build winning teams and the heart to foster environments where inclusion meets authenticity, Ishea is the Joyful Leader. She is also a member of NAAEI Faculty.
 
Ishea loves to lead and build teams and is the Assistant Vice President at AMC Delancey Group, overseeing the effective management of over 55 scattered- site properties including leasing, maintenance, capital improvements and property management teams.
