Summary
The Learning and Development team at AAMD is a group of multifamily professionals passionate about education in the industry. We’re seeking skilled and enthusiastic professionals to share their industry knowledge through facilitated classes and credential courses. If you’re interested in bringing your ideas and leadership to the AAMD L&D Team, please see the steps to join below, including our exclusive Train the Trainer program! Only 20 spots are available per session!
L&D Team Training
- Apply for Train the Trainer
- Complete Train the Trainer program requirements
- Shadow on (1) standalone seminar
- Shadow one (1) NAA credential class
- Receive passing sign-off from your assigned L & D mentor for program completion
The Train the Trainer workshop empowers you to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs. It will serve as a CAREER ENHANCER for YOU, providing you with the skills to help guide the multifamily industry toward success.

This workshop is FREE to qualified AAMD Members. All we ask is that you meet the required commitments of the program.
Train the Trainer is valued at more than $1,500!
Cost Commitment
- 8 hours of volunteer class instruction per year after program completion
- $350 cancellation fee if you accept a class spot but cancel after the deadline
