AAMD's Learning and Development team is a group of multifamily professionals passionate about education in the multifamily industry. The team is always looking for additional skilled and enthusiastic professionals to share their industry knowledge through facilitated class and credential courses. If you’re interested in bringing your ideas and leadership to the AAMD L&D Team, please see the steps to join below, including our exclusive Train the Trainer program!
Opportunities to apply and join the program are limited is Train the Trainer is only offered twice a year.
L & D Team Training Program Requirements
- Apply for Train the Trainer
- Complete Train the Trainer program requirements
- Shadow one (1) standalone seminar (minimum 3 hours)
- Shadow one (1) NAA credential module (CALP, CAM, CAMT or CAPS)
- Receive passing sign off from your assigned L & D mentor for program completion.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be employed by a member in good standing with AAMD
- Be a subject matter expert in a specified topic
- Have a passion for training & multifamily
- Be available to attend Train the Trainer class as scheduled
- Submit the application in its entirety
- Submit a 60 second video of why you want to be selected for AAMD’s L&D Team Training Program.
