Joel Sandoval

Joel Sandoval is a 19-year veteran of the multifamily industry. He started his career with The Apartment Blue Book of Denver where he had the privilege to work for and learn from the amazing Terry Fritz. In his 8+ years with Valet Living he opened the Denver market along with SLC and Albuquerque. Along the way he's worked and learned from some of the best in the industry and now is the Senior Director of Sales for OneApp. Joel has also served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and volunteered on numerous committees.
