AAMD Class Pass - Half Year FY25

ATTENDEES PER PROPERTY

The Class Pass runs on the same calendar as our fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). The normal price is $450 per property; however, if you want to get your properties setup now, the reduced half season price is $295. It includes free entry for all teams members at a property to all our HOME Room training, Leasing Bootcamps, Fair Housing and other standard 3 hour seminars.

In addition, class pass holders receive 20% off CPO and EPA certifications and any national credentials. This shortened version of the Class Pass is good on classes through June 30, 2024.

Individual classes are available for $49.00. The Property Pass is the BEST VALUE for properties sending multiple people to multiple classes. in addition, Class Pass holders receive 20% off all Certifications, Credentials and Education Events.
