Dan Flanagan Inducted into Hall of Fame

When you think about character, what comes to mind? Honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, integrity, reliability, fairness, responsibility.

Character is something we admire and strive to have and we all have that one special person: a family member, a friend, a business associate that we admire and respect because of their character.  We always enjoy being in their company and look forward to it, in fact the minute we see them, their big smile and shake that strong hand of friendship we’re a happier person.

All of this is evident in Dan Flanagan, this year's AAMD Hall of Fame inductee. A man so deserving who has given of his time, treasure and talent to help shape the Apartment Association and our industry.  

For 22 years, Dan has supported AAMD and their members efforts in education, legislation and overall excellence through his active guidance and contributions as Board Member, Executive Committee member and Committee Chair of Golf Tournament and Education Conference & Trade Show.

Dan has also provided very meaningful financial support to AAMD and their members. As BluSky Restoration has grown nationally, we continue to see Dan's contributions locally through his personal involvement as well as the involvement of his BluSky Colorado team.

The AAMD Hall of Fame members form the induction committee responsible for selecting individuals who have profoundly influenced the Apartment Association or the Apartment Industry, often both. Beyond its straightforward description, this honor signifies something deeper: each member has impacted lives in meaningful ways. Life is fundamentally about making a positive influence on people—whether through friendships, professional partnerships, mentorships, customer interactions, or serving the residents our industry prioritizes.
